THE PLOT:
Zac Hobson awakes to find the city empty, devoid of life. Human or otherwise. It would seem that a secret experient that
he was conducting had unforseen effects and seems to have caused the end of life on Earth.
But to makes things a little less quiet, Zac finds two other people who also survived the end of the world and together
they try to undo what he did. If they don't kill each other first.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Nothing happens in this movie, I mean nothing. A lot of chit chat about nothing and then that is followed but a whole lot
more nothing. I don't mean to be harsh of the country that brought us Lucy Lawless. But this is a real crapper and a snooze
fest. First of all, what was the purpose of the insane experiment? What did it really do, they never explain that. Second,
if it didn't effect people who were sleeping, then why weren't there more people alive? After all half the world is asleep
while the other half is awake, that's how it works and if it wasn't that. Then why were these people spared while the rest
of the world was destroyed? If they all were sent to that strange alien world like Zac is at the end when he tries and fails
to fix his mistake. Then where were they? Exploring that would have been more interesting story then the story they try to
tell and fail to do. THE NOOSE!
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
Okay, I got to agree with Zedd on this one. This is a really snooze and I feel asleep watching this pile of imported sleeping
pills. Can't call it cheese, cheese don't make you fall asleep. THE NOOSE as well.
ON THE POSTIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ NOTHING (There was nothing good about this movie. Except for a cure for insomnia.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE(- MISSES):
- NOTHING HAPPENS (A wholoe of nothing is going down.)
- MORE INFO (Could have used more info on what was going on.)
- PURPSE (What was the purpose of the secret experiment?)
- CHARACTERS (The characters were not interesting enough to keep the movie going.)
AND FINALLY...
- CLIMAX (What happens at the climax of the film would have been more interesting say, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FILM!)
