VOLTRON:
What the hell was David Lynch thinking, oh yeah, probably nothing! I know the story about an unwanted pregnancy prompted
him to write this. But still, it's no excuse for this, even as a student film is fails in my book. The story, if you can
call it that follows this guy whose idea of a perfect vacation from whatever the hell he does is wondering around quarries.
Anyway, he finds out his girl was pregnant and gave birth preternaturally to a little camel faced mutant or alien or gives
a crap. Now life is a living hell, like it wasn't before. The characters are poorly written and are as likable as a root
canal, the plot goes along like a Marathon race filled with the living dead, slowly.
Everything about this movie is dark, twisted, sick and not in the remotely funny or interesting. David Lynch needs to
get his head examine. Yes, movie making is an art, but there is no room for abstract art! A movie needs a beginning, middle
and end. This goes willy nilly and has a bunch of disturbing images that should never be made. So for Mister David Lynch....THE
NOOSE!
